How do I post a property?

With only three easy steps you can upload your properties, just follow the wizard instructions and benefit from advertising at easyhomeincanada.com. Step 1.- Register and fill up the boxes with the personal data requested. Step 2.- Add a new listing, fill up the boxes with the characteristics of your property. Step 3.- Select the package that better suits your needs, make a payment by credit card and activate your property.

Will renters or buyers contact me directly if they are interested in my property or do they contact easyhomeincanada.com?
They contact you directly. It is your contact information (i.e. phone number, e-mail) that appears with your ad. And as a reminder - you should always check your ad once it has been placed to make sure your contact information is correct.
What is the ID#?
The ID# is a code given by our system to each property. This four digit number facilitates to the user, potential buyer or tenant to better identify the property which his interested on. By typing the ID# at our website they find the best shortcut to go directly to that specific property.
How do I edit the info of one of my properties?
It’s easy, just login in our homepage, go to your profile and choose the property you would like to edit. Click EDIT and you can change general information, change or upload more pictures.
How can I change pictures of one of my properties?
Just login in our homepage, go to your profile, choose the property you would like to change the pictures and click on EDIT. On the top of the frame, click on PHOTOS, click on erase for every picture you would like to change and then follow the process for uploading a picture again.
How many photos can I upload to my ad?
You are able to upload UNLIMITED photos to your ad for no extra charge! Just make sure you upload JPG or JPEG files. If you have problems, send us an e-mail.
I am worried about giving my credit card over the Internet. How secure is your website?
It is totally safe either to navigate or make transactions in our website. Easyhomeinacanada.com is fully locked and secured by a SSL certificate.
How long will my ad stay on the website?
Your ad would run depending on the type of ad you chose. But you can always check that information in “your profile” once you have logged in.
As a visitor, do I have to create an account to see the properties posted?
No! It is not necessary to create an account to search listings on easyhomeincanada.com; unless you want to use the “Save to my Favourites” feature, then you will have to create an account so as to save them.
How can I know how many visits I am having on each of my properties?
Once you have logged in, go to your profile, scroll until you find the property you would like to check and in the bottom part you will see the “statistics” tool, click on it and a frame with the number of visits for that particular property will be displayed.
How do I get a receipt or invoice when i make a payment?
Your invoice is sent to the e-mail address you saved in your profile once you’ve made a payment. So make sure that once you’ve registered, your data is accurate.
Does your company provide assistance to purchase a house?
Our primary focus is on marketing your property, but please give us a call and our staff will gladly assist you.
I can't remember my username and password.
Go to our home page and click on “I lost my password”, type your e-mail address and click on “request password” and your password will be sent shortly after.
